Vacuum Induction Furnaces

Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) furnaces allow to obtain results unattainable by conventional furnaces, since they allow to melt and cast reactive alloys such as titanium or superalloys, or reduce the porosity in semi-finished products of precious metals including PGM (Platinum Group Metals).
Vacuum investment casting is the technic used in lost-wax process to replicate in metal a wax or resin pattern designed and then built by different equipment as CNC, 3D printers, by means of wax mold or even manually as in artistic field. Furnaces or complete foundries setup for Au, Ag, Pt or Pd, casting can be supplied for any application.
