In questo video si può assistere al processo di fusione e colata di leghe di titanio mediante un forno ad induzione sotto vuoto Topcast modello TVM Topcast TVM Vacuum Melting Furnace.
The process starts with the charge of titanium alloy bars into the crucible and the insertion of a copper mould into chamber. Titanium is heated and melt into the crucible by induction. Then the crucible is rotated by means of a remote control and the molten alloy is poured into the mold.
